Job Title: Technical Account Manager

The role of a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) is crucial in ensuring customers derive maximum value from our solution.

Responsibilities:

The CSE will be responsible for assisting customers with their technical journey and addressing any issues that may hinder solution adoption and expansion.

  • Develop strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify additional opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide training and support to customers and partners on the use and configuration of our system.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for our technology and its applications.
  • Identify areas for process improvement to enhance the product and its delivery capability.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop account strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the success of customer pilots through effective process mapping and training.
  • Work with customers to convert their use cases into features for our internal product team to develop.

Travel to client sites may be required. Additional duties and projects will be assigned based on business needs.
