Core Surface Personalization Leader

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development of Core Surfaces, including Photos grid and Photo View.
This role requires excellent problem-solving, organizational, and investigative skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends. You should have a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding products from conception to launch by connecting technical and business worlds.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring the vision to reality, and monitor and analyze metrics to track the performance of Core Surfaces and identify areas for optimization.
- Owning the product strategy and roadmap for personalization of Core Surfaces, focusing on increasing feature discoverability for multiple user segments.
- Understanding user needs and behaviors through user research, data analysis, and market trends.
- Identifying and prioritizing opportunities to personalize the experience, increase engagement, and drive growth, and addressing existing value gaps.
- Defining and launching new features and improvements to Core Surfaces, from ideation to execution and launch.
