Job Opportunity

A well-built charter/private yacht is seeking a professional to manage its crew for a long-term cruising program.

The vessel will be navigating through Australia's top-end coastlines, offering a unique chance to explore the country's stunning marine environments.

We require a highly motivated individual with Master 4/MED 2 certification and previous experience in driving vessels over 20m.

Prior charter experience and knowledge of the East Coast and Top End would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with engineering, excellent communication skills, and a firm commitment to the programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate the vessel safely and efficiently
  • Maintain the engine and other onboard systems
  • Manage the crew and ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate effectively with the management team

Requirements:

  • Master 4/MED 2 certification
  • Previous experience in driving vessels over 20m
  • Prior charter experience and knowledge of the East Coast and Top End
