Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tender Writer to join our high-performing, goal-oriented, and collaborative team. The successful candidate will assist with the identification, bid planning, bid project management, development, writing, review, submission, and reporting on tender, grant, and bidding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Business Development Team to develop tender responses to strategically aligned opportunities
  • Manage CRM to extract meaningful insights and prepare reports on key verticals and geographies
  • Format proposal documents to ensure strong brand compliance
  • Create document covers, dividers, diagrams, tables, and graphs in line with our branding
  • Review proposal documents, including editing, grammar, and spelling, prior to submission
  • Coordinate business development proposals/responses and ensure internal review and submission deadlines are met
  • Prepare presentations and content
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' qualifications experience in content, tender, and proposal writing
  • Experience in commercial property will be well regarded
  • Expert level Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills
  • Outstanding written skills, including the ability to write convincing and customer-focused content
  • Strong coordination, project management, and time management skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Experience in the design and coordination of tender documents
  • Experience editing and formatting Word templates and complex documents
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptable personality
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work within allocated time frames in a deadline-driven environment
