About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Milk Supply Administrator to join our team at Lactalis Australia. As a key member of our dairy logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely recording of milk movements into our internal milk supply system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Milk Movement Data Entry: Accurately maintain daily milk movement data in our internal milk supply system, MAPS.
  • Third Party Data Entry: Timely and accurately enter data for third-party movements.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile milk movements between farm and factory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lab Result Recording: Record external lab results in MAPS to enable accurate processing of payments to farmers.
  • Invoice Processing: Assist in processing invoices for sales of milk and ingredients to other processors.
  • Purchase Order Management: Raise purchase orders for milk supply expenses.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • SAP ERP Experience: Solid exposure and use of broad functionality with SAP ERP.
  • Microsoft Excel Skills: Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
