">About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Professional. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experiences of young children.
">Key Responsibilities:
- To work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children.
- To ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.
- To build strong relationships with families and create a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment for every child.
- To contribute to the development of high-quality early learning programs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- A current NSW Working with Children Check.
