Your key responsibilities will include managing client expectations, driving relationships with day-to-day clients, and assisting in managing client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for understanding client billing processes and ensuring team compliance. Additionally, you will engage with clients to define actionable briefs for select campaigns and assist with larger/complex campaign briefs. Your role will also involve running daily agency-only collaboration sessions and weekly client status meetings. You will create campaign timelines, identifying key milestones and checkpoints, and coordinate with discipline practices to ensure campaign deliverables meet client expectations. You will provide project management support during the campaign lifecycle, ensuring on-time completion of deliverables, coordinating across practices, identifying potential risks and issues, and escalating to Client Service senior leadership as necessary. You will also partner with senior management on the development of operational guidelines, including staffing/scoping and financials. Furthermore, you will serve as the direct manager of 1-2 reports, outlining annual performance goals and monitoring and encouraging career development opportunities. You will provide timely and actionable feedback to the broader client team to aid in their development and improvement.
