Lead Venue Manager - Gastro Pub in Mitcham

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our dynamic team in Mitcham. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of service.
  • Rostering: Efficiently manage staff schedules to meet venue needs.
  • Financial Acumen: Monitor budgets, analyse financial reports, and drive profitability.
  • Training & Coaching: Lead onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for staff.
  • Performance: Drive KPIs and targets to achieve business goals.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance venue visibility.
  • Ordering: Manage stock levels and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a strong sense of community and be an ambassador for the Mitcham area.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Financial literacy and understanding of profit margins.
  • Passion for building community relationships.
