Opportunity for a Heavy Vehicle Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing Unanderra branch. This is a full-time position with a competitive remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive market growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Attending and engaging in sales and product training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Performing customer vehicle demonstrations and prospecting for new and repeat sales opportunities.
  • Meeting and maintaining market share and sales volume KPIs.
  • Engaging in product marketing, trade expos, customer events, and other promotional activities.
  • Maintaining a CRM database with diligence and organization.
  • Working closely with our business managers to ensure customers' finance options and requirements are communicated and met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales experience and achievements within the heavy vehicle industry.
  • Strong customer relationship-building skills.
  • Motivation and competitiveness, with a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • The ability to learn and acquire product knowledge.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Great written and oral communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • A valid HR/HC Truck Licence.
