About the Role

Job Summary

The Senior Plant Manager - TBM Operations is a critical position responsible for ensuring safe and efficient delivery of Tunnel Boring Machine operations.

This role requires a strong leader who can develop and maintain effective working relationships with subcontractors, employees, and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all works meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Serve as a visible leader on site through regular site walks, team engagement, and issue resolution.
Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven supervisory experience on major Tier 1 projects with TBM experience.
  • A recognized Mechanical trade qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration within a high-performing team.
