Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to the Service Manager and other officers, including maintaining confidential records and information systems.
  2. Assist in the coordination of meetings, events, and projects, and ensure accurate minutes are maintained.
  3. Develop and maintain databases, data extraction, and generation of reports for statistical analysis.
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve service goals and objectives.
