About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate In Home Support Worker to join our team. As an In Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personalised Care: Provide tailored care and support to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Domestic Duties: Assist with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Support Services: Offer transportation, shopping, and other assistance to enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Care Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive care and support, using a holistic approach to address clients' physical, emotional, and social needs.

  • A warm and caring nature, essential for building strong relationships with clients.
  • A genuine interest in helping clients live their best life in their own home.
  • Positive attitude towards health and wellbeing.
  • The flexibility to work a varied roster, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
