Job Title: Hyundai Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee service orders and ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression
  • Offering concierge support for owner inquiries, whether phone or in person
  • Maintaining the daily inventory of technicians' time and distributing work efficiently
  • Answering technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
  • Maintaining a high Customer Success Index

You will also assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, ordering parts and tools as necessary, and overseeing administration of warranty claims. Additionally, you will train and supervise the service department and reinforce company policies while adhering to industry standards.
