Shop Foreman – Brand new Genesis Hyundai Dealership | Mountain View, CA
Genesis Hyundai is opening a state-of-the-art new dealership in Mountain View, CA, and we're looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to help lead our service team from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to join a dealership at the ground level and play a key role in shaping its success.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and train our service technician team in a modern, brand-new facility.
Oversee shop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Assist with advanced diagnostics and complex repairs when needed.
Work closely with Service Advisors and Management to streamline workflow.
Establish and maintain a positive, team-oriented shop culture.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a senior technician or shop foreman (Hyundai/Genesis background a huge plus).
Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a new team.
ASE or Hyundai/Genesis certifications strongly preferred.
High standards for quality, safety, and customer-first service.
Excitement about being part of a brand-new dealership launch.
