This is a permanent role based in NSW, with opportunities for highly skilled applicants to work on the Eastern Seaboard. As a Senior Finance Manager - PMO Lead, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day stakeholder engagement, finance transformation, and project management to ensure the successful delivery of key projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and take responsibility for project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and project deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects on time and according to quality requirements.
  • Own scheduling, risk management, and budgeting.
  • Monitor and control each phase and step of project implementation.
  • Identify and report project issues and risks to relevant individuals.
  • Find solutions to mitigate and/or minimize project risks and other issues.
  • Prepare and deliver project management deliverables, such as meeting minutes and reports, to the appropriate steering committees.
What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone with experience in a multi-brand and/or large complex organization, with a strong track record in delivering quality outcomes. You'll have demonstrated experience in innovative technology and retail, with expertise in design, implementation, and optimization of ICT and/or business processes, organizations, and systems. Relevant formal qualifications and certifications, such as Cert IV, PMBOK, PRINCE, or AGILE, are highly regarded.
