Job Overview:

This key leadership position plays a pivotal role in the operations team, responsible for delivering safe and efficient production and delivery of materials.

The role focuses on maximizing returns by leading the implementation of transport strategies and project initiatives. Key responsibilities include execution of transport planning, management of transport teams, capacity planning, carrier performance management, and proactive identification and implementation of transport solutions.

We are seeking a leader with strong influencing and communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of logistics experience in a transport environment
  • Experience in building and leading complex teams in fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of fleet and carrier management
  • Advanced stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
