Senior Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Revenue Growth Specialist. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth across various commercial teams.
Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, including target setting, incentive design, and process optimization.
Work closely with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, metrics, and processes.
Analyse key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with the systems team to identify and advocate for improvements to revenue systems, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and revenue systems like Outreach is an advantage.
