Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Revenue Growth Specialist. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth across various commercial teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, including target setting, incentive design, and process optimization.

  • Work closely with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, metrics, and processes.

  • Analyse key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership to inform business decisions.

  • Collaborate with the systems team to identify and advocate for improvements to revenue systems, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles.

  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and revenue systems like Outreach is an advantage.
