TwoScots Recruitment is partnering with a large, listed organisation to find a Senior Finance Manager who can lead their team in delivering high-quality financial reports. This role will involve owning and managing financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders, as well as leading a small team of direct reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statutory reporting for large, complex organisations and experience working with senior stakeholders. Previous experience with big 4 or top-tier firms would be highly regarded.

About the Role

  • Support the group finance team in meeting all group reporting deliverables and compliance requirements
  • Lead the consolidation and reporting process for the team
  • Communicate financial performance to senior management and executives through board reporting
  • Manage the external audit process and ensure compliance
  • Lead and manage a small team of direct reports
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Project management and tight deadlines are essential for this role

About You

  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Experience in statutory reporting for large, complex organisations is essential
  • Previous experience with big 4 or top-tier firms highly regarded
  • Must have experience managing a team
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior finance stakeholders and executives
  • Able to develop and improve finance processes
  • Strong internal control and compliance understanding
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a driven work ethic
