We're currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team, supporting the growth of our organisation with a dedicated approach to selection and recruitment. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in the fields of Mining, Trades, Facilities Management & Maintenance, Oil & Gas, Engineering and Maintenance.


Your Responsibilities



  • Sourcing and selecting top talent across various industries;
  • Preparation and placement of targeted job advertisements on relevant job boards and social media platforms;
  • Candidate screening, interviews, and references to ensure seamless candidate care;
  • Market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential candidates;
  • Collaboration with our Operations Manager and Managing Director to conduct site inspections and OH&S assessments;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates alike, providing unparalleled service and support.

Your Requirements



  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities;
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

An attractive base salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a bonus structure designed to reward your hard work and dedication.
