
Senior Clinical Manager for Residential Aged Care

This is an opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role delivering high-quality care within a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. The successful candidate will oversee a team of nursing professionals and healthcare workers, ensuring excellence in clinical care, resident support, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Oversee resident care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement and accreditation processes
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience with aged care documentation systems and funding tools
- Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Ability to resolve conflict, manage performance, and lead change
- Understanding of legislative frameworks in health, safety, and EEO
- Immunisation history and current Police Check, WWCC & NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Postgraduate qualifications in leadership, management, or aged care
- Experience in managing residential aged care services in rural settings
