MLOps & Analytics Leader

Job Description:
The Machine Learning and Analytics Leader will be responsible for managing a distributed team of engineers and driving the development of MLOps and Analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a globally remote team to achieve engineering objectives
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members, identify and measure team health indicators, and interact with a vibrant community
- Review code produced by other engineers, attend conferences to represent the company, and mentor and grow direct reports
- Work from home with global travel for internal and external events
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of software delivery, professional Python development experience, and a proven understanding of the machine learning space.
Additional Skills:
- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and tools, building highly automated machine learning solutions for the cloud, and working knowledge of container technologies
- Experience with public clouds, Linux, and open-source software, as well as a demonstrated track record of Open Source contributions
