Procurement Specialist

Crown Resorts is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a strategic role in delivering the best value for our business.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with our Hotel, Food & Beverage, and Events teams to source and expedite essential goods and services.
- Identify and provide products and/or suppliers to improve profit margins, considering the total cost of business, without compromising product quality or service.
- Follow up on non-delivered goods with suppliers/customers in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Seek out cost-saving opportunities and support ad-hoc product sourcing.
- Act as a trusted advisor by keeping up to date with market trends and sharing information on product availability.
- Broad experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry.
- Understanding of business requirements and ability to effectively communicate and deliver procurement activities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage various stakeholders.
- Experience in procurement is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and activities, working at a property and group-based level.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong negotiating and influencing ability.
- Genuine desire to learn, grow, and contribute within the Crown Procurement team.
