About the Opportunity

The HR Systems lead will be responsible for defining, developing and implementing People & Culture systems for the SSN AUKUS program. Reporting to the People Services Manager, you will develop P&C Systems, tools and processes for SSN AUKUS in initial phase and define requirements for future integrated joint venture.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and lead implementation of People & Culture systems for SSN AUKUS program.
  2. Define, develop and implement P&C Systems, tools and processes for SSN AUKUS in initial phase.
  3. Define requirements for future integrated joint venture.

This role represents a unique chance to contribute to the success of the SSN AUKUS Build Program and make a significant impact on the development of People & Culture systems.

Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HR Systems management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to define and implement effective P&C Systems.
