We are looking for a savvy social media coordinator to join our marketing team and help build our digital presence and attract more customers and contractors to our business.

**About you**
- Live and breathe social media and online communication, you’ll need to be across all the platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, Messenger, Chat programs.
- Have a passion for content development and storytelling, telling the story of our values with a sense of fun
- Skilled in creating video, photography and written content. We create our content inhouse, so you’ll need to be adept at shooting on an iPhone, and editing in Canva.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and ideas to incorporate this
- Experienced in scheduling tools to plan social content calendars
- Excellent communication tools to keep up with different platforms and online chat
- Excellent computer skills and tech savvy, we are digital innovators and you’ll need to keep up
- Get the job done quickly, a hustler
- A diplomatic, confident, friendly and bubbly personality
- Can work independently
- Contribute ideas, we are a fast growing and evolving business
- Know your darks from your whites - we won’t ask you to do any laundry but you have to be able to talk about it (If your mum still does your washing for you, you better skill up quick)

**The role**

This is a new role joining our marketing team, focusing on promoting the Laundry Lady to both customers and potential contractors. Your day will look like:

- Creation of social media content including writing copy, creating photos and video content, planning content
- Scheduling content across multi platforms and markets
- Using Canva to create content that is on-brand
- Contributing to new ideas for content, reach and execution, including sponsorships, collaborations and influencer campaigns
- Assist with responding to enquiries through messenger, online chat and other mediums
- Other marketing activities as required
- Regularly attend team meetings
- Reporting back to the business regarding sales opportunities;
- The involvement in and management of the overrall marketing strategy of the Laundry Lady (this might include working with the sales managers/CRMs);
- Business development through marketing / the marketing strategy;
- Feedback on pricing of plans / goods and distribution, and on trends.

We are a family friendly team and value hardwork and a good laugh. You will be based in our warehouse/office in Baringa, full-time.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
