Flexible Accommodation Management Position

We are seeking a hands-on Hotel Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations, including administration, front office, and restaurant services at one of our key hotels in Melbourne CBD.
This is a flexible opportunity for an experienced hotel manager who takes pride in what they do.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Able to lead a team of dedicated staff
- Experience in running an accommodation-based hotel
- Prepared to work within all areas of the business
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Computing and reporting skills
- Experience in RMS or other accommodation booking systems
- Experience in restaurant, kitchen, and events
