About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Officer / Purchasing Officer to join our Hazelmere workshop team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the workshop and maintenance manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our plant maintenance systems and records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure and expedite parts and services, liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely receipt and reconciliation with invoices.
  • Assist with the upkeep of plant maintenance systems and records in SAP, including meter resets, asset disposals, and creating new assets.
  • Raise SAP work orders as required, including standing work orders for equipment transfers.
  • Monitor costing in work orders to ensure accurate coding and updating in the system.
  • Support the purchasing team to ensure timely processing of purchase order requisitions.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar capacity within the mining or engineering sector.
  • High-level computer skills and knowledge with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience using SAP or similar accounting and finance applications.
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence.
  • Ability to meet all site access requirements.
