In this role, you will coordinate efforts across the program to support responses to contractual or other reports required, including drafting key program reports. You will also support the company's contribution to various governance forums by coordinating and drafting papers, including strategic position documents, and liaising with external stakeholders as necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining templates and guidelines for reporting processes to ensure consistency and clarity across all documentation.
  • Ensuring that reports are completed on time and meet required quality standards, effectively communicating complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Preparing presentations and other materials that support the direction of the program.
  • Interpreting national VET policy and contributing input towards a formal company position on key national policy work, including the VET Data Reform Blueprint and Investment Roadmap.

You must have prior relevant experience developing and writing policy in the Government space, and any experience in the vocational education and training (VET) sector would be highly beneficial.
