Job Opportunity: Oshc Service Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as an Oshc Service Director. This is a part-time opportunity, offering 30 hours per week.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading our passionate and dedicated team to create a supportive work atmosphere and deliver outstanding programs that promote children's growth and development.

  • Lead a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children and their families.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective service delivery.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership experience, including staff training, quality improvement, support, and maintaining service standards.
  • Childcare qualifications, preferably.
  • HLTAID009 Provide CPR certification.
  • HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting certification.
