- Be familiar with digital teaching tools and platforms, whether in blended or online formats.

- Be reliable, with a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
- Be dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree and recognized TESOL/CELTA qualifications.
- Have experience teaching English to international students, both face-to-face and online.
- Be able to teach across various levels and adapt to mixed nationality classes.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
