Job Description:

As a senior quantity surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice on cost management and contract administration.

Key tasks include preparing cost estimates, material take-offs, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, and other duties as required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all project stages.

Project control is also a key aspect of this role, ensuring robust change control, cost control, alignment to schedule, proactive risk management, progress management, and professional reporting against the baseline.
