About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Corporate Legal team at ALS. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our legal team with contract reviewing, company secretarial, and corporate governance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the legal team with processing leases, business name renewals, trademark renewals, subpoenas, non-party disclosures, and requests from external authorities for documents/information.
  • Support the legal, compliance, and insurance teams with legal research, drafting, and other legal activities, including preparation of legal documents, gathering evidence, and materials.
  • Provide company secretarial and corporate governance support across the ALS Group, including maintenance of corporate entity registers and preparation of documentation.
  • Offer general administrative support to the legal, compliance, and insurance teams, responding to and referring general enquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team success by collaborating with other team members, sharing ideas, and knowledge.
