We're looking for a Digital Solutions Architect to lead our team in delivering high-quality, scalable technical solutions. This role focuses on collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring technical designs align with business objectives, and enforcing best coding practices.

Key responsibilities include establishing development processes, overseeing automation testing and ongoing maintenance. The role plays an integral part in continuous improvement efforts, driving optimisation and enhanced efficiency across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technical professionals
  • Design and build IT solutions using proven expertise in system design, solution architecture, and software design principles
  • Establish best practice frameworks and processes
  • Develop and maintain automation testing

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and growth in our organisation. To succeed, you will need strong written communication skills, experience in documenting technical processes, systems, and requirements clearly and accurately.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to proactively engage with stakeholders, including to influence, persuade and negotiate to build effective professional relationships and work collaboratively with team members as required.

Experience in designing and maintaining Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks is essential, particularly React and familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud capabilities.

Ability to adapt to changing technologies and evolving business needs and demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn and improve skills.
