**Maintenance Professional Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the internal and external environment of our restaurant is clean, functional, and welcoming for customers and staff.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the restaurant environment, including equipment, floors, tables, chairs, and other facilities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant interior and exterior;
  • Ensure that equipment is well-functioning and safe to use;
  • Carry out daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces;
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed;
  • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks;

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance or janitorial role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings;
  • Reliable transportation to and from work;
