Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished IT Manager to spearhead our organisation's technology strategy. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and managing our current infrastructure, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise in hardware, software, and networks, with a proven track record of successfully managing IT infrastructure teams.

Able to develop and implement ICT strategies and policies in collaboration with the CIO, you will also ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our IT systems.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing cybersecurity, specifically cloud services, to safeguard our digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT infrastructure team with technical expertise in hardware, software, and networks.
  • Develop and implement ICT strategies and policies in collaboration with CIO.
  • Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient IT systems.
  • Manage cybersecurity - cloud services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' relevant IT and managerial experience, preferably with an IT degree. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as high-level communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
