Solutions Architect

About the Job:

This is a key leadership role that oversees the development of innovative technology solutions to drive business growth and success. As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop implementable design solutions that meet these needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering disciplines such as infrastructure, networking, software engineering, cloud, and cyber security. They should also possess excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain solution architecture across concurrent initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and conduct analysis of current and desired states.
  • Provide sound advice on solution design, system development, and integration recommendation approaches and trade-offs.
  • Document implementable design solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to technology and business standards.
  • Manage and improve the practice of solution architecture within the technology engineering management process framework.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of systems architecture, enterprise integration, security, and design patterns.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with traditional and contemporary project and solution development frameworks, including waterfall, lean, and agile approaches.
