Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled pharmacist to join our dynamic hospital environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to consumers within the NSLHD and supporting the service being provided.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing pharmaceutical care to consumers, including patients and carers;
  • Providing education and medicines information services to consumers, carers and families, and other health care professionals;
  • Participating as an active member of multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in pharmacy or equivalent qualification;
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a pharmacist;
  • Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, preferably in a tertiary referral centre.
