Job Overview

The Cash Management Professional will oversee the entire cash management function, encompassing receivables and payables. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-5 years of end-to-end experience in accounts receivable and payable functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the entire cash management function, including receivables and payables
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups on outstanding payments via phone and email
  • Maintenance of accurate records of customer accounts, payment histories, and debtors ledger
  • Preparation and sending of invoices, monthly statements, and cash flow reports
  • Investigation and resolution of customer credit enquiries and discrepancies
  • Raising of credit requests and processing of weekly sales invoices
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing
  • Performance of bank reconciliations and support for month-end reporting
  • Identification of opportunities for process improvement and contribution to system upgrades

  • Excellent communication skills, confident with customers and collaborative with internal teams
