The Role

In this role, you will assist the Finance team in ensuring the smooth operation of the Accounts Receivable function. This includes sales invoicing, debtor management, managing cash and credit card payments, and maintaining up-to-date records.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- End-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including sales invoicing/debtors management
- Bank account reconciliations, reconciliation of debtors' ledger, and reporting
- Banking duties, including processing and depositing cash and managing cheques
- Administration and recording of company credit cards and expense reimbursements
- Raising monthly purchase orders, reviewing, and approving invoices, handling supplier queries

**Requirements for Success:**

- Previous recent experience in a similar role
- End-to-end Accounts Receivable and general clerical experience
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel) and experience with an Accounts Receivable system
- Time Management skills and ability to self-manage daily, showing excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to deal with key internal and external stakeholders
