Job Description:

As a highly skilled healthcare professional, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing exceptional quality care for residents and colleagues. You will be responsible for supervising and directing resident care, as well as overseeing the overall supervision of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate client care needs, including assessment, case management, and developing individualised care plans
  • Provide complex clinical care, including wound dressing, administration of medications, and condition assessments
  • Recognise changing needs of residents and liaise with residents, families, and other members of the multidisciplinary team regarding their care delivery and goals
  • Perform specialised clinical nursing tasks within the scope of practice of a healthcare professional
