Senior Finance & Accounting Recruiter

The opportunity to drive growth in one of our most in-demand practice areas is now available. As a senior finance and accounting recruiter, you will partner with clients across various sectors, including financial control, reporting, and treasury.

As the owner of the full recruitment lifecycle, you will grow a strong client portfolio, connect highly skilled finance professionals with career-defining opportunities, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes delivering exceptional experiences for both clients and candidates.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering exceptional experiences for both clients and candidates.
  • Proactively develop and grow your client base through networking, business development, and relationship management.
  • Build talent pipelines and keep your finger on the pulse of the finance & accounting market.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to share insights, plan effectively, and celebrate success.
  • Consistently set and achieve goals, backed by drive, focus, and persistence.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on finance & accounting (or strong related B2B/consultative sales experience).
  • A track record of success in building client relationships and delivering results.
  • A genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities and watching them succeed.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to business development.
  • A confident, relationship-driven style—comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
