We have an exciting opportunity for experienced mobile patrol officers to join our team

As a mobile patrol officer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting external and internal patrols of sites and buildings

• Reporting any abnormalities or damage

• Receiving alarm information and working with our call centre team

• Working a full-time roster of 48-60 hours per week

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Current Victorian Private Security Individual Licence

• Current Australian driver's license

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work

• Ability to work within a team and autonomously

**Key Performance Indicators:**

• Respond to all alarms and incidents in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate records of patrols and incidents

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders

**Schedule:**

• 10 hour shifts

• 12 hour shifts

• 8 hour shifts

• Day shifts

• Night shifts

**Supplemental Pay Types:**

• Penalty rates

**COVID-19 Considerations:**

Our vehicles are deep cleaned and supplied with Covid kits and PPE for personal hygiene.
