We are seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering innovative digital solutions.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for digital marketing to lead and implement successful paid social campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, and Pinterest. As a Digital Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing campaign strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing results to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Media Buying: Purchase and manage media inventory across multiple platforms to ensure optimal reach and frequency.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement and track campaign execution, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Optimization: Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization to improve results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a paid social media role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective campaign strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform campaign decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
