About the Role
We are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record in delivering business analysis for large-scale projects. Your expertise in Operational Technology and energy regulatory environments will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Map current state processes and recommend future state improvements to optimize business operations.
- Engage with diverse stakeholder groups, including customer engagement teams, government organizations, and senior leadership to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Deliver end-to-end business analysis for large-scale projects within the Energy sector, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Consolidate and interpret siloed project streams to produce coherent end-to-end business processes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Operational Technology (OT) solutions and a deep understanding of DER, Smart Metering (AMI), or IoT technologies.
- Exposure to CSIP-AUS standards (IEEE or similar communication protocols, and one or more of regulatory/government bodies (AEMO, DEECA, AER)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and with various stakeholder groups.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills to support a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to synthesize and map complex processes into actionable plans.
