Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a positive shopping environment, and supporting the overall success of our store.
This is a casual position that requires flexibility, including weekends, weekdays, and peak trade times. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about providing excellent service and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers.
About This Role- You will greet customers with a smile and help them locate items
- Keep the store looking fantastic by replenishing stock and general store upkeep
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes customers feel valued
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. No prior experience is necessary – we provide induction and training to set you up for success.
