Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the management of high-risk permit applications, ensuring compliance and safety.

  • Review and process high-risk permit to work applications in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Onboard contractors and maintain accurate licensing records.
  • Provide support for new employee and contractor setup in our safety systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive registers (hazmat, confined space, heritage, risk, etc.).
  • Assist with monthly KPI and compliance documentation.
  • Load hazard reports and generate remediation tasks to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support toolbox talks, onsite reviews, and quality inspections to promote a culture of safety.
Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in Work Health & Safety is essential.
  • Prior administration experience in maintenance or facilities management is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are necessary.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and safety-focused mindset is essential for success in this role.
