As a key member of our team, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring a customer-friendly environment at all times
- Greeting customers upon arrival
- Keeping customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs
- Proven experience within a Customer Service position
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
