Late Stage Collections Specialist

About This Role:
">We are seeking a skilled professional to case manage customers in late-stage collections. As a key member of our team, you will apply legal recovery processes and procedures to high-risk customers and accounts.

- Assess and recommend the most appropriate course of action for arrears recovery, referring to leadership for approval as needed">
- Determine the reasons for delinquency and take action to maximize recovery">
- Prepare strategies detailing recovery options, including provisioning and write-offs">
- Issue statutory notices and liaise with stakeholders to conduct field calls">
- Ensure compliance with policy and procedures, statutory and legal requirements">
- Maintain effective communications with internal and external stakeholders">
- Identify and make recommendations for process improvements">

">You should have experience in collections and retail recoveries, excellent communication skills, and the ability to critically assess data and subjective material. A strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks is desired.
