About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior.Net Core Developer to own the development of innovative software solutions. This role is critical in shaping our technology stack and ensuring the high performance of our applications. You will be the technical anchor in our team, driving project success with your extensive expertise in Microsoft Technologies. This role will see you join as a Senior.Net Core Developer and grow into the SME Tech/Team lead in a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction and oversight.
  • Software Development: Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Payment Gateway Integration: Integrate complex payment gateways and ensure compliance with PCI requirements.
  • Mobile and Web Application Development: Design, build, and support mobile applications and web services.
  • Application Architecture: Oversee the architectural design and ongoing development of applications.
  • System Performance and Scalability: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product development and deployment.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Experience in software development with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, including.Net Core, C#, SQL Server, MVC, Web API Services, and Azure.
  • Payment Gateway Experience: Proven track record of working with complex payment gateway integrations and PCI compliance.
  • Cloud Services and DevOps: Strong background in cloud services (Azure), microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
  • Front-End Development: Experience with Apple Connect, Google Developer, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
  • Project Management: Ability to work independently and lead complex projects from start to finish.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a strong problem-solving mindset.
