About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring that our software solutions are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our clients.
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and test software applications using.NET technologies, including Web Services, SQL Server, and Angular.
  • Agile Process Improvement: Drive improvements in Agile processes and automation across the application, working closely with the Scrum Master and Business Analyst.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues that may impact project delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and team members.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the development team in the design and implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in.NET development and support, with a strong background in software development, technical leadership, and Agile methodologies.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
