About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our in-store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the overall success of our business.

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service, every time they visit us. This includes providing support and assistance with queries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Store Shelves are Fully Stocked: You'll work closely with our stockroom team to ensure that store shelves are always fully stocked and visually appealing, making it easy for customers to find what they need.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: You'll provide top-notch customer service, responding promptly to customer queries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their shopping experience.
  • Maintaining a High Level of Energy: You'll maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift, ensuring that you're always ready to engage with customers and provide them with an exceptional experience.
  • Working Effectively as Part of a Team: You'll work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals, communicating clearly and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that we're all working towards the same objectives.
